2007 CIC LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

In 2007, for the first time, the CIC-LI was offered as a four-credit course at Binghamton University. Each Friday, the students ventured off campus, visiting places in the community that represent an aspect of economic development.  On Tuesday, the students returned to campus for the classroom component of the course.  The class culminated with a graduation reception at the State Office Building where the students presented their research to community and university leaders.
