Led by Josh Kay and Kathryn Fletcher (CIC-LI Teaching Assistants and CIC2020 Directors) and Dr. Diane Crews (CIC-LI Professor and CIC2020 Faculty Adviser), the students in the 2008 CIC Leadership Institute presented The Confluence Project which focused on how downtown can act as a cultural, intellectual and commercial hub. Many projects were inspired by Binghamton University’s Downtown Center opening in Fall 2007.
All of the students’ full research papers can be downloaded by clicking on the titles of their reports.
