Led by Kathryn Fletcher (CIC-LI Graduate Teaching Assistant and CIC2020 Executive Director), Jodi Epstein (CIC-LI Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and CIC2020 Associate Director), and Dr. Diane Crews (CIC-LI Professor and CIC2020 Faculty Adviser), the students in the 2009 CIC Leadership Institute formed a conceptualization of how to manage intellectual capital in order to create an environment that fosters innovation. Their research for the Partnership for Knowledge Entrepreneurship revolved around four key themes: connect, engage, educate, and innovate.
All of the students’ full research papers can be downloaded by clicking on the titles of their reports.
